• Any emails/information collected for newsletters or accounts will only be used for internal purposes, never sold to third parties.
• You may unsubscribe to newsletters at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Any and all credit card information that is stored will only be used for approved orders and refunds.
• Any third-party sites linked on our website are not under the control of Entertained, and therefore we are not responsible for anything within them.
• All items sold may be slightly different, in color or design, than pictures provided.
• Please allow 48 hours for a response from any contact forms or emails sent to shannon@theentertainedshop.com.
• All items sold from Shannon’s personal collection are marked as such and in the condition presented in photos. In most cases, that is the only one available.
• All orders that are selected for pickup will require coordination for a pickup window. Entertained will reach out and facilitate through email once order is available for pickup.
• If you don’t see an item that you’re looking for, please reach out to us and let us know. We’ll try our best to bring that product on.
• Any ideas given to Entertained are the sole property of Entertained, all rights are forfeited by customer when provided unless otherwise stated in writing.
