Returns/Refunds
• All returns/refunds must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, in writing.
• After 30 days from purchase, Entertained reserves the right to deny a refund/return.
• All items for return/refund need to be unopened, in original packaging and in original condition.
• Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping cost is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Partial store credit may be given for items that are open/used, not in original packaging, not in original condition, or after 30-day period.
• Refunds will not be given until after the item is received and inspected. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Sale items are not eligible for refund but may be eligible for partial store credit.
• If we don’t receive the returned item, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.

Damaged/Defective Items
• If returning/exchanging an item due to damage or missing pieces, reporting within 30 days of purchase is required.
• If the item is eligible/approved for replacement, Entertained will cover shipping for returning your item and shipping out the replacement.
• We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the fault of Entertained.
• Photos of damage/defect/missing pieces are required for claim.
• Entertained will assist in any shipping claims from damage that resulted from our shipping partners.

Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund (including shipping) minus credit card processing fees (incurred or to be incurred with refund processing), if cancelled before item/s have been set for shipping.
• After items are set to ship, items are only eligible for refund under the terms above.
